SUMMARY:MTB Kingston - Summer Classic
DESCRIPTION:This July\, MTBK is hosting a classic\, XC race\, club event.  Whether you’re a seasoned pro or you want to try your first race\, this is your chance. \nWho; MTB Kingston members.  All ages. \nWhere; MTB Kingston / “The Farm” \nWhen; July 19th\, 2015\, 11:00 a.m.   Racers meeting; 10:30 a.m. \nHow long; 28-32km long race and a 10-15km beginner race. \nFREE – KIDS’ RACE (separate age classes for ages 2 and up) –  At 9:45 there will be the racers meeting and the race starts at 10:00.  There will be a “staggered” start with the bigger kids’ class starting first.  The racers’ meeting will introduce young racers to bike race etiquette and help keep the race fun and safe for everyone. More Info \nAs with all MTBK events\, there is plenty of room to camp\, and the fire-pit will be burning on Saturday night for those who want to arrive really early! \nThe format of this event guarantees a great spectator experience\, lawn chairs and noise makers are a must! \nRegistration opens Wednesday\, June 24th and is open from 9:00a.m. – 10:00 a.m. race day. \nCost; $10 per racer. (MTB Kingston members only please)
