MTB Kingston is pleased to provide formal notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Sunday, April 12, 2026, from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM ET, held virtually and in person at the Barn.
Registration is required, so please sign up in advance.

Date: Saturday, April 26, 2025
Time: 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM ET
Location: Virtual and in person at the Barn
Tag Pick-Up: 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM for members who have renewed online in advance
Items for Member Voting
- Appointment of the auditor for the 2026/27 fiscal year
Discussion
At this meeting, we will also discuss how MTB Kingston can better serve the community and the land on which we operate. We want to hear from you.
Once the formal business meeting has concluded and the meeting is adjourned, we will open the floor for a general town hall discussion.
Meeting Materials
All meeting materials will be posted to the website. The approved Financial Statements and Committee Reports will be received at the AGM.
Voting
Voting will be conducted electronically using the polling feature built into Zoom. A demonstration will be provided at the meeting. Must register with Zoom if attending in person or virtually as the voting occurs on Zoom.
Proxy
If you cannot attend, please submit a proxy in advance.

MTB Kingston welcomes your questions in advance of the AGM. Please send them to any member of the Board via Facebook or email. Members will also have the opportunity to ask questions during the AGM.
